Four Dutchmen are on their way to Atlanta at the end of November to compete in the Warhammer 40K World Championship, sponsored by Games Workshop. Over the coming week’s, while Dean will regale you with his own account of the lead to to this event, I will be sitting down and chatting to each of them to find out a bit more about who they are, what they are playing and how they are preparing for this incredible event. First up we have the Overlord himself, Rob Goosens.

It’s list review time again! We’re looking at this weekend’s Wardice 4 and we’ve got some spicy lists for you! Wardice is maybe one of the most relaxed and inviting gaming clubs in the Netherlands. We both sincerely wish it was in Amsterdam or Den Haag, but Haarlem isn’t that bad hahaha. Their space is shared with a local trainmodel club which creates a great background when hanging out.

We all watched in awe as Liam VSL (the patron saint of European Warhammer 40K) took CSM to the top of the heap at the London Grand Tournament - defeating Eldar, not once, not twice, but three times in a row to take home the title. With his win 3D printers around Europe began spitting out Obliterators and Chosen by the dozens as people rushed to be top of the new meta.
